While he has devoted nearly four decades to veterinary medicine, Dr. King will tell you he hasn’t “worked” a day since graduation. “When you love what you do, it isn’t work,” he says. In fact, he volunteers his time as the Clark County 4H vet each year! In his free time, Dr. King enjoys traveling with his wife, Judy, and piloting an airplane (he earned his pilot’s license a few years ago).

Our especially caring and dedicated technicians work side by side with the doctors to give your pets the highest quality care possible. They are all graduates of credentialed veterinary technician programs and attend regular continuing education classes to maintain licensing. The licensed technicians provide regular nursing care for hospitalized pets, administer and monitor surgical anesthesia, perform dental cleanings, fill prescriptions, and record medical information in patient charts.
Our tech assistants provide support to our doctors and registered vet techs.
